Delete your Happy Seats account

You can delete your Happy Seats account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

From the app

Open the Account tab, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

By email

Send a request from the email address on your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, signed rental agreement, notification preferences, and any device tokens used for push notifications.

What is kept

Records of completed rental transactions and payments, which we are required to retain for accounting and tax purposes for up to 7 years. These are no longer linked to a usable account.
